I had Jayah and Dee help me from technical support today. We hit a couple of snags along the way and both were an awesome help and very friendly. They both were very personable and very easy to joke with while fixing a problem with two separate boxes in my home ( I actually had a blast calling in). Continuum has been a great company through and through and I will be a customer for a long time, thanks Jayah and Dee for the help.

I just moved to the area last week for a temporary 3 month stay. After going back and forth between bigger companies without much help, I found Continuum and they were great!! The process was seamless, I was able to schedule an install, and sign up for service in less than 10 minutes. Chonsey was an absolute pleasure! He was extremely helpful, polite and professional. And their pricing was lower than any competitor. Kudos to Continuum. Thank you!

I had internet through Continuum for about 4 months and never had any problems. The service is fast and reliable, no down time whatsoever (so far). Then I called back to get cable hooked up. Donna was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The same service tech (Charlie) was out both times and he is very knowledgeable and FAST! The first appointment was scheduled between 3-5 pm. He was waiting for me when I got there at 3. The second appointment was scheduled between 5-7 pm, and again he was waiting on me when I got there at 5! In and out in no time both times. So far my experiences with Continuum have been nothing short of outstanding. I’ve recommended them on several occasions.
Everyone I have dealt with at Continuum has been lovely, and so helpful. I wish I could remember the name of the installer, but he went above and beyond to get me set up when my condo seemed to want to make it extra difficult. I also had to use the online customer support once and the woman who helped me (Sabrina) did not make me feel kike an idiot when I thought my modem was my router, which I greatly appreciate. She also solved the issue I was having.
We are so pleased with our recent service experience with Charlie. He arrived earlier than expected and was extremely professional. Not only did he fix our problem, but he was nice enough to educate us about the issue in a way that was easy to understand. Overall, we are very impressed with the service he provided. Hopefully our problem is fixed for good, but we know that if we ever do run into another issue, we can expect great service. Thanks Charlie…we think you deserve a cape since you’re basically a super hero!
The internet service has been consistent. When there have been brief interruptions, they notify me by message. The service tech who did the installation was excellent!
Working with Continuum was a pleasure. They were extremely efficient yet informative during the order process. Jill was helpful and courteous. The installation was quick and painless. Tommy arrived on time and completed the install in a timely manner. All in all, I’m impressed.

I’ve been with Continuum since I moved down to NC, I’ve appreciated the local feel, the quick response of support, and the quick phone message updates when there’s known issues with the internet. The connection is fast and consistent, the rate is better than I had originally anticipated, and I know I’ll try to stick with Continuum until I move.
