This position provides advanced troubleshooting of Continuum High Speed Internet, VOIP Phone and Video. Will serve as a single point of contact for customers who subscribe to our products and services. In a 24/7 in bound call center environment, Technical Support Agent will provide technical and network problem resolutions via telephone and electronic correspondence to end-users (customers) by performing diagnostics while guiding users through step by step solutions.
