Customer Care Specialist

This position performs tasks associated with all accounts receivable functions. The representative will also be responsible for the retrieval of mail, cash and bank deposits.  They are to assist customers with video, voice and internet, respond to billing questions and process payments. Responsible for all payments and end of day cash reports. The main focus of the Customer Care Representative position is to provide excellent customer service in person, over the telephone or via correspondence.

An Installation & Service Technician performs installation and service of cable, Internet and voice services to residential and commercial customers in both coax and FTTu platforms. Troubleshoots and resolves issues with cable from tap to home including customer premises equipment, customer owned equipment and any and all cables, connectors, and splitters that are causing performance and reliability issues with services.
