Continuum is committed to providing you with the best service possible, and we are taking steps to ensure we can continue to serve you as we all cope with the COVID-19 pandemic.
In order to help protect the health and safety of our customers and employees, we are no longer accepting in-person payments at our Mooresville office location for the foreseeable future.
However, you can make safe, secure payments via check, credit card, or mail. Here’s how to do that:
- CHECK Payments: You can use your checking account to pay online at OurContinuum.com. Check payments can also be mailed along with your payment stub to our payment center for processing (see address below).
- CREDIT CARD Payments: Credit card payments can be made online at OurContinuum.com or by calling 704-660-3840.
- CASH Payments: We no longer accept cash payments. If cash is your only means for paying, please get a prepaid money order and mail it with your payment stub to our payment center at:

Our Mooresville office currently remains open but may not maintain regular hours. If you absolutely need to see us in person, please visit OurContinuum.com to see our up-to-date office hours listed under our COVID-19 updates. Please know that we will allow only one customer inside our office at a time.
