We will strive to resolve all installs and routine issues during our first visit to your home. Additionally, we will never charge you for a service visit that results from a Continuum equipment or network problem.

Our Customer Service Representatives will be courteous and knowledgeable when you contact us. Our technicians will display their Continuum identification clearly when they arrive at your home. They will be trained and equipped to complete the job on the first visit.
