I had Jayah and Dee help me from technical support today. We hit a couple of snags along the way and both were an awesome help and very friendly. They both were very personable and very easy to joke with while fixing a problem with two separate boxes in my home ( I actually had a blast calling in). Continuum has been a great company through and through and I will be a customer for a long time, thanks Jayah and Dee for the help.

I recently called Continuum to eliminate robo calls. Sarah was the tech I spoke to. She was very polite and helpful as I am not computer savvy. I encountered some difficulty with the process and she completed the process for me. That is what I call great customer service!!!
I had an issue with channels blacking out and called the Help Center on a Sunday evening. They told me that they could try a remote reset of the cable box. It worked like a charm and I have had no problems since.

Jayah did a great job today in solving our lack of TV signal. We lost site TV pictures about 9:00AM. She said early Wednesday was the first available service time. We told her that we had four grand children coming for the night. No TV was not going to be s good situation. She went through a thorough review of all the potential issues. After several calls she saw where a signal amplifier had been installed in March. She said to check it, the GFI had tripped. Reset it and we had our picture back. She did an awesome job. Preston in Continuum Customer Support was extremely helpful & fixed our problem within minutes – all on a Sunday afternoon! We have 2 mi-connection (Continuum) e-mail addresses & one of them suddenly stopped allowing us to send e-mails, even though we continued to receive e-mails. Apparently, it stopped allowing us to send e-mails because we weren’t sending very many e-mails from this address. Strange. Anyway, he quickly figured out the problem, fixed it, and re-enabled our account. I’m thrilled that not only was our problem fixed quickly, but Continuum has 24/7 support with U.S.-based, local, representatives !
Worked with Donna today to re-contract and re-work our Internet and phone and she was EXTREMELY helpful, efficient and friendly. In today’s day and age of big business, it is nice to work with a locally owned company and a friendly neighbor.
Jayah was incredible! She successfully assisted me in setting up my NoMoRobo and was very analytical in her approach. NoMoRobo doesn’t make set up very simple but after a little while with Jayah I had it up and running. She was very patient with me and I think we both learned something. I hope if I need some tech help in the future that I get connected with her again. Nice job Jayah!!
Customer service makes all of the difference. I lost my internet service today and in doing my initial diagnostics called the Continuum residential tech team to see if there were outages in my neighborhood. There were none. A lovely tech support rep, Jayah, brilliantly diagnosed my issue through a series of insightful rule outs. I even emailed her a photo of part of my technology for her to investigate with her engineering team. My issue was completely resolved within 10 minutes and internet was back on. Grateful for knowledgeable solution-focused service.

I had trouble getting a picture on my TV so when I called a woman named Sarah helped me. She was so friendly and helpful! It took her no time at all to help me get my picture back on. I was so grateful that she was so friendly because you don’t find that too much these days. So a big Thank You to Sarah!
We are so pleased with our recent service experience with Charlie. He arrived earlier than expected and was extremely professional. Not only did he fix our problem, but he was nice enough to educate us about the issue in a way that was easy to understand. Overall, we are very impressed with the service he provided. Hopefully our problem is fixed for good, but we know that if we ever do run into another issue, we can expect great service. We have been Continuum customers for over five years and we really appreciate the quality Internet service and customer support.
Every time I email with questions or issues, they’re so quick to respond and follow-up to ensure my problem was corrected. Most recently I was assisted by a customer care rep who was very helpful and quick getting back to me!
The internet service has been consistent. When there have been brief interruptions, they notify me by message. The service tech who did the installation was excellent!

Continuum is local to the Mooresville community, they provide the best support of any cable company I have ever dealt with. The few times I have visited the office, the service was fast and friendly.
The technician called 10-20 minutes before the appointment and came right on time. He was professional and courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. I love that he put covers over his shoes to protect my floors and he was in and out very quickly. He answered all of my questions and I was very confident that he knew what he was doing. This was a huge contrast to the old company I was using for internet, so I am very excited about the change. Thanks!

I’ve been with Continuum since I moved down to NC, I’ve appreciated the local feel, the quick response of support, and the quick phone message updates when there’s known issues with the internet. The connection is fast and consistent, the rate is better than I had originally anticipated, and I know I’ll try to stick with Continuum until I move.
